Unglaublich diese Untätigkeit der Verantwortlichen des Hotels! Ich habe einen Tag vorher via hotels.com bezahlt. Bestätigung der Bezahlung erhalten. Reservation wurde vom Hotel bestätigt. Dann 5h vor Ankunft meldet das Hotel dass Daten fehlen... und mir den Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht aushändigen können... Keine einzige Antwort auf meine Reaktion oder Optione. Auch via Support vom hotels.com. waren die nicht erreichbar. Ich musste dann, nach 1.5h chatten mit Support, doch selber eine neue Unterkunft organisieren, da ich einfach herausgeworfen wurde von der ester R!
