Expérience client surprenante aves le personnel petit déjeuner = je demande s'il est possible d'avoir un gobelet pour monter un café en chambre. On m'informe que l'hotel est en rupture, et on ne propose pas de prendre une tasse. Au check out probleme de tpe, c'est pas grave j'ai du cash, je fais remarquer que le prix facturé du petit dej est supérieur à ce qu'il était exposé sur hotel.com, on m'explique que ne n'avais qu'à le commander lors de la réservation pour l'avoir moins cher. J'ai exprimé le fait que lors de la reservation je n'ai pas pu saisir le petit dej... Par ailleurs j'informe que le wifi est en panne depuis le matin, et on m'explique que la panne comme le fait que j'ai pas pu saisir le petit dfej ce n'est pas leur probleme, ainsi que avec un ton qui m'a surpris. En synthèse quel que soit soit le mode de commercialisation, un hotelier devrait s'assurer d'assurer une bonne expérience client, ce qui n'est pas le cas sur ce séjour
