hotel that disappointed me a lot. They sent me the check in code message when I was already in the hotel not knowing that the reception is not always active. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a broken back. They deducted 1 euro from my card without giving me any explanations. There is no card to enter, but all codes.

Nuestro viaje era en familia y estuvimos bien en el hotel. En nuestro caso necesitábamos parking porque hacíamos ruta en coche y el del hotel es conveniente y tiene ascensor que sube a la planta de la recepción, cosa conveniente cuando vas cargado de maletas. Las recepcionistas fueron amables y nos indicaron aquello que necesitábamos saber sin problemas. La habitación en la que estuvimos era espaciosa y el aire acondicionado se agradecía, aunque los colchones los encontramos duros. El hotel está bien situado, ya que tienes el museo de los hermanos Lumière muy cerca y la línea de metro que te lleva directamente al casco antiguo a dos minutos. También, al lado del hotel hay un súper. Lo que menos nos gustó del hotel fue el desayuno, que encontramos pobre y justo de calidad. De haberlo sabido habríamos desayunado fuera o nos lo habríamos comprado en el súper.

Le séjour était mitigé cette fois : un ascenseur sur deux opérationnel pendant deux jours ; le distributeur en panne pendant une journée et demi … Il est vrai que c’était en période de congés, mais ce serait peut-être plus intéressant d’avoir deux distributeurs pour palier à ce genre de désagrément. Ceci dit, la chambre était bien (propre confortable) et l’hôtel est bien situé. De plus, la clim était la bienvenue en cette période de forte chaleur.

Personnel accueillant et chambre propre cependant une odeur très désagréable en entrant dans la chambre (rang fermé/urine). un ascenseur qui fait énormément de bruit et qui vous réveille à 6H30 le matin. Petit déjeuner correct mais manque de choix dans les variété de pains ou brioche et produits industriels.
