Excellent séjour. Appat hôtel très propre, au calme, bien situé dans Lyon, chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne literie, grands placards, parking sécurisé. Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour à Lyon.

Communication très moyenne

Forcément déçue à cause du WiFi inexistant tout le weekend et les messieurs de la réception ne nous ont pas bien renseigné sur le lieu du petit déjeuner et le code WiFi ainsi que le code pour quitter le parking (bien qu'aimables malgré tout), et comme le téléphone de chambre ne fonctionnait pas j'ai dû descendre 2 fois pour avoir mes réponses, et m'apercevoir devant la porte de parking, qu'il fallait un code...donc la communication pourrait et devrait être bien plus efficace !

La 1ère nuit était bien . La seconde nuit au retour était bien aussi sauf que les toilettes n'avaient pas été nettoyées et un peu cassées . Nous avons averti la réception .

Séjour gâché par une personne.

La jeune femme chargée du petit déjeuner nous a refusé le petit déjeuner que nous avions payé sous prétexte que nous étions venus le chercher après l heure (ce qui n’était pas vrai) et surtout en nous disant qu il n y avait plus rien, le comble pour quelque chose que nous avons réglé, donc qui a profité de deux petits déjeuner non donné. Pas d’internet comme prévu et aucune solution de proposer. Je pense que nous ne reviendrons pas chez vous malgré le reste qui était bien.

à améliorer d'urgence

plusieurs séjours dans cet établissement; le concierge n'est pas sur place tout le temps, et lorsqu'il n'est pas là nous devons récupérer notre clef dans un coffre (mdp envoyé par mail)... le hic, c'est que lorsqu'on a un problème, les numéros d'urgence ne répondent pas... plusieurs chambres n'ont pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, et la rue est très lumineuse... entre l'éclairage public et les enseignes lumineuses... impossible de dormir, ou alors en coinçant un drap dans la fenêtre, ce qui oblige à dormir fenêtre fermée... sachant qu'il n'y a pas de clim l’hotel est apparemment en cours de rénovation, mais ce serait bien de le préciser sur le site hotel.com si vous voulez dormir sans lumière : évitez les chambres 107 et 207... et il doit y en avoir d'autres j'avais précisé dans ma réservation que je voulais une chambre avec rideau occultant et surtout pas la 107, et ils m'ont donné la 207 qui a la même problématique...

Accueil ok par contre contrairement à ce qui est annoncé pas de ménage durant le sejour. Travaux dans la rue chantier qui démarre à 6h30. Odeur fort désagréable dans la salle de bain. Lampe à disposition mais pas de prise pour les brancher.

Un rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Bien que les alentours soient en travaux, ( beaucoup d'immeubles en construction ) l'environnement reste accueillant. Pas de nuisances sonores.

Cozy and quiet area

Very cozy. little old interior but still it's comfort to stay. Kitchen wares are exist but a bit old either. The service are depends on who serves. I liked the breakfast is included . It is suitable for a bussiness trip. The town is quiet and isolated from the main street but that's what i liked. I got a good price in this website, but in offline it's more costly.
