The host was on top of her communication with us. Very pleasant to deal with. The house was decorated for the holidays and smelled good and great water pressure in the shower. It was perfect for our short 4 night stay.

Great for long stay. Very comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed mattress etc. WiFi, kitchen. Washer/dryer. Everything works.Walking distance (one or two minutes) to three great restaurants. My favorite is PoFolks, southern cooking and low prices. Ten minutes walk to big supermarket. Nice walkable neighborhood behind the house. Stayed for several weeks and loved the place.

I came to Lynn Haven for a family birthday celebration and was looking for something centrally located to the weekend festivities. Well, I hit the Jackpot. Location was perfect for me, the house is well appointed, nicely decorated and very spacious. The pictures in the listing are current and accurate. The home is full of old home charm. Brandi, the hostess, was amazing. Communication was top notch and she was very informative when I had questions. I would highly recommend!!

I rented this place for my mom to stay near our home for the month on February to visit our family. The location was perfect for her, well lit and very cutely decorated. My daughter stayed with her even a few nights and loved the little home. The place was very clean, Brandi was EXTREMELY easy to work with and helped answer all my question and concerns for my mom. My mom loved the place and it has everything she could have wanted for her month stay. The atomosphere was so inviting and perfect for Bay County. We will definitely rent again.
