The Space:

You are going to want to jump right into the clear and refreshing saltwater pool! It has a splash pad at one end to lay out in the sun or cool off on a hot day. Feel free to hang out and float on the floaties and soak it all up! The privacy fence ensures your relaxation stays private from the outside.



The backyard and pool area also features a covered patio with a ceiling fan to stay cool, and a new outdoor lounge couch and fire pit that can be closed off to be a table. You can lounge there while you cook up dinner on the propane grill.



The spacious three-bedroom, two-bath house sleeps eight people comfortably in beds, one being a rollaway bed in the master bedroom closet. Another guest can fit on the couch if needed for a total of nine and is perfect for family trips or group getaways.



It has a sizeable master bedroom with a king bed, its own Smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite master bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a twin bed AND twin over twin bunk bed for the kids, along with kids' games and toys. We also provide a high chair and pack-and-play crib to make the place extra family-friendly.



Need more space? Ask us about booking the whole place (sleeps 13) if you have a larger group! There is a detached casita in the back that is a separate listing.



The inside of the house is spacious with an open living layout and features comfy furniture and thoughtful touches of décor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen.



Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!



The living room is furnished with a large flat-screen tv where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with family and friends.



Looking to work from home? The house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn!



There is also a 2-car garage and a large driveway if you are brining a boat, trailer, or any other toys.



The house is honestly perfect if you are wanting a great vacation with all the amenities but avoid the high-traffic areas of PCB. The neighborhood is a nice residential neighborhood close to shopping and dining.



The Splash House sits on a shared property with the main house in front and a separate guest suite (separate listing) and the pool is shared between the two. You will have your own patio area but please consider this if privacy is important to you.



Guest Access:

Splash House guests use the LEFT side of the driveway that will fit two vehicles. You can also park in the grass to the left of the driveway or on the street along Michigan Avenue if you need extra room. Once inside, you'll be able to open the garage and park in there as well or use the extra space to put your things.



You'll walk past the garage to the front door of the home where the smart lock awaits you for self-check-in. Get ready for a good time :)



Please note that the patio and pool are shared spaces with the pool house guests (Also an Airbnb).

Other Things to Note:

The Splash House is two-listing property. The backyard and pool are shared so you may see the guests from the guest house. The entrances are private and have different access codes, so security is nothing to worry about! Please consider this if you'd rather have complete privacy.



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out are subject to the demand of our cleaning schedule. Feel free to request and we will do everything we can!



For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.



GENERAL:

Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.



SMOKING:

Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.



NOTE:

Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.

Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.
