Situated in the pretty seaside village of Lynmouth is Watersmeet View, a luxury, two bedroom holiday apartment accommodating up to four guests. This stunning, contemporary apartment is open throughout the year and is ideally located for exploring the beauty of both North Devon and Somerset. The dog friendly apartment, which has recently been fully refurbished benefits from a large balcony from which guests can enjoy views of both Lynmouth harbour and the valley of Watersmeet.
The ground floor apartment has a large open plan living area, which has been split into a good sized lounge with a comfy sofa, a wood burning stove and a smart TV; a dining area with table to seat up to six and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Doors open out from the living area onto the balcony where there is a selection of outdoor furniture.
There are two bedrooms at Watersmeet View, both of which have zip and link beds, which allow them on request to either be made up as king-size doubles or two single beds. Both bedrooms also benefit from en-suite bathrooms, with the first fitted with a shower and the second featuring a bath with a shower overhead.

When staying at Watersmeet View guests have access to all communal areas, there is also a designated car parking space for each apartment. A pathway from the apartment building leads down the hillside to Lynmouth where guests can walk along the esplanade, relax on the pebbled beach or enjoy a meal at one of several pubs, restaurants and cafes. The water-powered Cliff Railway offers an excellent form of transport to access Lynton, which lies on the hillside above Lynmouth, here you will find further shops and places to eat, as well as the Valley of the Rocks.
