Apartment 17, Bay View is a luxury three bedroom holiday apartment situated within the Lynmouth Holiday Apartments complex. The dog friendly, first floor apartment boasts stunning sea views and can comfortably sleep up to six guests.
Designed over one level floor, the apartment features a large open plan living area and three good sized bedrooms. On arrival at the apartment guests will discover a bright, large open plan living area, which has been beautifully designed with multiple windows allowing in plenty of light and guests to enjoy the stunning views over Lynmouth and the Bristol Channel. The kitchen at Bay View has been finished to a very high specification and is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as a good range of cutlery and crockery. As well as a breakfast bar there is a big wooden dining table comfortably capable of seating up to eight guests. To the far side of the living area is the comfortably lounge, which has two large sofas, window seats, a wood burning stove, a TV and a handy telescope for any budding star gazers! Doors open out from the living area on to a private balcony, which has outdoor tables and chairs perfect for alfresco dinners.
The three bedrooms at Bay View are all a good size, with the main bedroom enjoying sea views, as well as an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms within the apartment feature zip and link beds, meaning guests can choose from king size double beds or twin beds. There is also a second family bathroom fitted with a shower, a wash basin and a WC. If required, two additional guests can also be accommodated on the double sofa bed.
All Lynmouth Holiday Apartments have a dedicated off road car parking space allocated to them and guests have access to a range of onsite services at the managed site.
At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
