Postman's Knock is a first floor apartment in the centre of the coastal village of Lynmouth, overlooking the river and sea. This light and spacious apartment has recently been completely refurbished and is centrally located for the harbour, riverside walks, a selection of pubs, shops, cafes and restaurants. It has private parking within 30m. There is a shared street door into Clifton House, but the apartment is totally private and for your personal use.

We accept small dogs over the age of two for an additional charge.

The apartment is situated in Clifton House, which was the home of Lynmouth Post Office. The building was damaged during the flooding of 1952, but not seriously enough to be demolished. However, the neighbouring hotel was completely destroyed.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Postman’s knock apartment is a very well presented apartment perfect for a couple. Very central location in Lynmouth with a handy reserved parking space a few meters away.

Great Lynmouth property

We had a lovely stay ay Postman's Knock, it's a beautiful roomy apartment with good views and handy parking space. Lynmouth has a good variety of pubs and eateries, along with tourist shops and Lynton has a couple of convenience shops. We used the Exmoor Coaster bus to get about, enjoyed the West Somerset Railway and walked miles on the coast path....we didn't use the car at all! A stunning part of North Devon, we'd love to return😊
