Countisbury View is a luxury, two story holiday apartment sleeping up to four located in the coastal village of Lynmouth in North Devon. The two bedroom apartment dog friendly apartment offers a stunning coastal retreat with sea views from its private terrace.

This modern holiday property is a luxurious hideaway in North Devon, within walking distance of the beach, and is dog-friendly, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a beachside getaway in Lynton and Lynmouth. Situated on the ground floor, Countisbury View boasts unparalleled views of Lynmouth harbour and bay from its terrace, complete with garden furniture for enjoying the sunset. Inside, the property is adorned with luxury features, from the inviting log burner in the open-plan living area to the sleek, well-equipped kitchen. The open-plan living space is ideal for entertaining, featuring a wooden dining table and chairs, with the sofa and armchair positioned in the large bay window to soak in the coastal vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a fridge/freezer, a wash/dryer, an electric oven with hob, a dishwasher, a wine cooler and a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms can be configured on request as either king-sized double beds or twin rooms. The first double/twin bedroom offers sea views from the window at the foot of the bed, allowing you to enjoy your morning cup of tea while gazing out at the ocean. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a WC and a wash basin. A second bathroom also has a shower, a WC and a wash basin.

For added convenience, a lift is available for accessing the property and there is a designated car parking space. With the beach just steps away, you can easily stroll down to the coast for a leisurely lunch or a refreshing sea swim for the more adventurous guests.

Countisbury View, overlooks the pretty Exmoor, coastal village of Lynmouth. This charming seaside village has a pretty harbour and pebble beach, as well as several excellent pubs, restaurants and cafes. The water powered Cliff joins Lynmouth and Lynton climbing the steep cliff and saving you a tough climb.

At Lynmouth Apartments we try to make your stay as memorable and unique as possible. As well as having a premises license we can also arrange a full itinerary of enchanting extras, including;
Health Spa treatments - such as Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head massage and a full body massage. We also have a sauna and can offer both an ice bath and gong bath experience. 
Deliveries – we can accept all your grocery deliveries and place any frozen items in the fridge.
Housekeeping – general cleaning, linen change, bags of logs/kindling, prepare the fire.
Flowers – Large to small bouquets of flowers from our local florist
Entertaining – set menus prepared by our private chef, includes service and clean-up. Plus a Grazing Board at any time. We also have a dedicated BBQ area. 
Hampers – Breakfast or Walking hampers, prepared locally.
Extras – Pet biscuits, poo bags and walking maps. EV charger. Train transfer. Mini-bus hire.
