Friendliest, nicest guys behind the bar & serving breakfast - which was delicious. Nice, clean room and lovely hot shower. Fantastic spot overlooking The Cobb :)

The hot weather and no air conditioning meant we needed windows open. No fan was available and It was horrendously noisy at road level. The room was lovely and clean but the inability to get a nights rest leads to a very poor rating

Great place to stay

Always a lovely stay. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the food is lovely, its a good location and also great you can bring your dog. The staff are so lovely and helpful its a great place to stay.

Brilliantly situated near the Cobb, beaches, car parks and all Lyme Regis has to offer. Comfy rooms, separate guest entrance, very lovely breakfasts. Lovely staff in restaurant at breakfast. Great two night stay.

Ideally located

Great location at the quieter end of Lyme right next to the Cobb, harbour and beach. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and hardworking. The food was good too. Lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy with a pint overlooking the harbour.

A really friendly, welcoming pub - and good value for money in Lyme. Food is very good, staff really friendly, any problems resolved quickly with good grace. Would recommend to anyone for a comfy stay.

Perfect location

Perfect location, very comfortable room. Amazing service, fabulous breakfast and a very warm welcome. Only are that needs a little maintenance is the stairwell to the lovely rooms.
