This charming 3-room, one level space features a spacious queen bed suite, a spotless bathroom with refreshing shower, sitting room with kitchenette. This is a new addition to an existing young home. Space is located on one side of owners home (adults only with no pets). Code entry to property/keyed entry to suite. A privacy room divider is in place during your visit that removes the owners living space,

Private rear entrance to groomed yard and gardens within gated backyard with bubbling fountain patio, loungers, and covered table seating. Guests enjoy limited control over temperature with thermostat located by suite door. Air cleaner and humidifier upon request for use inside your space. We thought of it all for your stay!

This suite is all hardwood with the exception of a ceramic tiled bathroom. Master bedroom has french door to sitting room/kitchenette. Bathrooom features upscale multi head shower system, removeabe teak seat and floor base. Double sink with marble vanity, toilet area with stocked toiletries. View of private backyard with seasonal flowers/greenery.

KITCHENETTE has full stock of a variety of coffees/teas, sweetners snd creamers, a microwave with spatter cover and hot pads, small space refrigerator with seprate freezer, and coffeemaker. Bowls, ceremic coffee mugs, non breakables (utensils, cups, bowls, serving trays, containers, and more provided to make your stay as easy as being home). Paper products, mats, and more! Table linens located in cabinet inside sitting room area. So many amenities attached including complimentary bottled water, an honor box full of goodies, toiletries, and more for a relaxing stay.

SITTING ROOM has its own back entrance to the patio area and lounging deck. Comfortable chairs with ottoman dressed with cozy comforters durign chilly evenings. Room is stocked with plenty of area visitor guides, area information, puzzles, books, yoga mat, and magazines..choose your peace! A large 50" smart tv has Roku remote. There is No gym.

Enjoy quiet and peaceful evenings in this country/suburb transitional neighborhood. White noise fan is located inside the suite for your use.
