Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Ukraine style, NO AC, Fans, tv , wifi.
CONS: Ukraine style apartment. If you don't understand this term. It not the apartment for you. No AC, No Fans, If you open the windows you are on a main traffic street and walking street. Plenty of noise 24/7. Basic hard beds. Lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen. Old TV that using a antenia. we were unable to get any channels. WI-fi Is connected to the neighbors modem. When it worked we could attach one/two devices. But most of the time it didn't work. bath tub only. No shower. Entry into building could use some work. Laudry was dried in the entry. This is where everyone smokes and is dirty and you could smell it on the towels.
Pro's, Location was on the edge of the center. A quick walk to the Opera House.
Room size was ok.. Kitchen was modern.
Owner, Wasn't concern when we called about the wifi not working or TV. Refused to provide Fans for the room while we sweated during the day even with the windows open. Couldn't sleep at night from the heat or noise.
Recommendation to owner: if you want western style tenants when you are charging $100 plus a night. Install AC units. Get a direct wifi service.. New TV with service. Stock the kitchen. Don't charge the extra fee's just to increase your profit.
