AMAZING hotel located right in front of the pyramids. The entire staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super cozy and comfortable. Their rooftop restaurant has the best views of the pyramids and incredible food! Definitely recommend

From the security guards to front office to waiters , everyone in this hotel was extremely friendly and polite . Everyone was very helpful , we had come from Cairo with a very bad experience and this hotel blew us away . We’ve not been treated this great at a hotel since our trip to Oman in 2022. Fatthalla went above and beyond for us from check in until check out . He made sure our family was happy and the food was enjoyable . He talked to us about our family and his and made us feel like at home . Mahmoud in the restaurant was very nice and his service was excellent even though we had two young kids , he even played with my daughter like she was the princess . And Fatima sat down with us and listened to us and was very kind ! This hotel should be 5 stars and what you see in the pictures don’t do it justice . The pool water was a little cold for us but other than that , it was amazing stay and would stay here and recommend this place

Apart from some hicups with the charges of our laundry and the over quoting of our airport transfer the staff and location were great. All issues were fixed and all the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They took extra care with my son and they all learnt his bame by the time we left. I wouldnt order the cocktails as they werent very good but the other drinks were really nice and the staff serving the food and drinks were very attentive and caring. The view from the roof was amazing and the swimming pool was next level amazing after a hot day out. There was also a small issue with the power going out on and off one day but didnt ruin our experience and was fixed promptly. Walking distance to some restaurants is about 10minutes

We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest. There was a spa that really helped me relax from all my visits through Egypt this was extra charge but they offered so many options that you can pick. Staff in general very kind and offered a good service. I liked they were so flexible with breakfast, we had to leave earlier in the morning and they packed our breakfast. We were so satisfy with the service.

This hotel was legitimately the worst travel experience of my life. First the hotel wanted 25 to take me to the hotel that is 15 minutes away. They overcharged for every activity. Then they almost made me miss my flight when it was time to leave. Just an abhorrent experience from beginning to end.

We clearly came to the hotel at a quiet time of year as there were not many other guests but it was an amazing experience as all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The aesthetics and design of the place was really well done and high quality and the food also matched this standard. The bar had a grand piano which was so much fun to be able to play (I'm a pianist) and I even got a request from the staff to play again the next night - only down side was the piano was very out of tune and the sustain pedal was broken. My first time having a massage was at the Spa which come at an extra cost, but this was certainly worth the 33 Euros and the massage therapist Sayed felt like nothing short of a good friend by the end of our short stay at the hotel. Finally, the rooftop pool was a very nice touch (although quite cold in the evening) and it was great to be able to swim with an incredible view of the sunset. Even though there was a sign saying the rooftop pool closes at sunset, the staff didn't have any problems with us messing about after dark and were very funny, cheering us on to get in the cold pool! Overall I would highly recommend - the only downsides were the location felt a bit rough (but so was most of Egypt) so we didnt leave the hotel, and the air conditioning in our room definitely could have been better. We never complained about the air conditioning since we were only there for a few nights but Im sure the staff would have helped if we had raised an issue
