This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again.

Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hotel and rooms kept immaculately clean. Excellent food choices and quality of food. Pool and gardens kept in lovely condition, and the views of the Nile, Valley of The Kings and sunsets are fabulous. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else, and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great hospitality

The hotel is amazing. Clean and safe. The staff is very friendly. Upgraded our room for free. The swimming pool is right on the Nile River with a great bar.

Good hotel

Overall, the hotel was great! The only thing that threw me off was when I got there they made me pay for an extra person, which is ridiculous cause why does it matter that there’s two people in one room because I accidentally hit one person so be careful of that. Breakfast was amazing and other than that the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is an incredible place, filled with beautiful details in every corner. The Nile is directly next to it and boat rides are an amazing extra. I highly recommend Hassan and his piloting skills. We experienced the Nile as it should be done. The staff at the hotel is attentive and friendly and service is amazing. We ate at 3 of the restaurants and were very pleased. The hotel has a Thai restaurant that served the best pad tai I have eaten. The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious. The only complaints are that hot water was irregular and sporatic. Leaving one to take cold showers. Additionally, please stop using those horrible paper straws. Having said that, the hotel is a dream and I will return to it.

This is one of the finer hotels I have stayed in. The room has everything I needed. Breakfast was buffet style, with a wide assortment of foods and was excellent. There were also good dinner options available. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is right on the Nile River and has a spacious swimming pool. I highly recommend the Steigenberger Nile Palace.
