We had a very good visit. The room was good although somewhat small. I did not feel safe getting in and out of the high tub. The staff were very friendly and check in/out was okay. The grounds are lovely. Over all the hotel was all we wished for.

The overall facilities were nice. Yard was cute and pool looked great (we didn’t use it though). The room though, it needed some serious upkeep and cleaning. It was disappointing to say the least. Hotels always do this. Post pictures that look a lot nicer than the reality.

Nice and super clean 4stars hotel. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. They even prepare breakfast box for you if you have to check out before breakfast time :) Water pressure of the shower was perfect. Highly recommended.

The staff really make this hotel exceptional especially the pool staff. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great though the restaurant menu was a bit limited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The manager here was so amazing and welcoming to us. He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer.

"Great Value, But Noisy City Rooms"

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the great price and excellent facilities. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in faced the city, and the noise from traffic made it hard to sleep. The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing for rooms facing busy streets. Overall, it's a great value with excellent service, but light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. I'd return if the noise issue is addressed.

Incredible value for your money to stay in the heart of Luxor with a beautiful hotel grounds and pool for relaxing and enjoying views of the Nile. Staff and security were very welcoming.Check in was quick and very informative about activities and all the amenities they offer.Room was very comfortable with a mini fridge which allowed us to stay in and eat in after being outside in the Luxor heat.Swimming pool was so relaxing with nice view of Nile river and mountains in distance.Continental breakfast with fresh pastries,omelettes,and fruit was the perfect start to the day.Would definitely recommend and would stay again.Also very close to everything and great central point for all activities
