It’s a beautiful place, it’s like a place from One Thousand and One Nights. Room was clean and big enough. The staff was great, they were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers a motor boat to cross the Nile. The food is very good.

Gorgeous architecture! The staff was delightful and the owner, a charming lady from Manchester gave us the best advice to facilitate our visit to the Valley of the Kings. The cost was very affordable considering the quality of the rooms and all the amenities. We would stay there again for sure

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with an excellent check-in experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the receptionist who handled my check-in. The owner Mariana,was also very kind and helpful. I had a fantastic one-night stay; the hotel’s architecture is beautiful, right by the Nile River.

I will 100% stay here when I come back. The palace is CLEAN, QUIET, and BEAUTIFUL. The entire hotel was architecturally beautiful and clean. I was one of a few guests at the hotel and felt/was treated like royalty. The owner is a wonderful, kind, and helpful woman. The hotel offers a free boat to cross to the east bank which was a blessing. With the hotel being on the West Bank, there is little noise at night meaning you can hear all the sounds the Nile has to offer. Absolutely wonderful hotel - one of the best I’ve stayed at around the world.

Excellent hotel, relaxing, brilliant staff and beautiful. Great boat service to East side and they can organise all transport to sights. Easy. Only negative (for me) was its a dry hotel (no alcohol served), as a beer at the end of a day sightseeing by the pool would have been nice.

The location and tranquility of the hotel were amazing. Our bedroom was so extraordinarily spacious. The staff was superb and the private boat to the east bank was magic. Is just a one night stay but this what i think Bed wasn’t comfortable, food disappointing, room is clean but a little old fashioned, night mosquitos. I got told outside food is not allowed in the hotel and the hotel is away from everything. Overall i think is a 3 star and you decide where you spend your money.
