It’s a beautiful, recommendable hotel that could be really special with a little more staff training and attention to detail.
I liked: the breakfast, the view from the suite, the amenities provided, the Level Lounge, the building was easy to find/access
I noticed: the check in was.. quite cold (granted, I’m American), there’s a huge gap under the door between suites 801/802 - it was really unsettling to hear voices/steps throughout night, the room service menu is sloppily composed (I arrived late, viewed menu, had very low confidence in what would arrive had I ordered). Most other comparable hotels have a better TV/infotainment system.
