Room was clean and good facilities. However, would have preferred options for normal tea with milk. In the bathroom, within the shower cubical, there need to be a small shelf to keep shampoo/ soap etc.

Great location and handy for transport links. Hotel is clean and functional. The staff were super friendly and helpful- gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, and helped us navigate travel alternatives during tram disruptions during Trounwiessel celebrations. Fresh, chilled water infused with lemon and mint available in reception throughout the day. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but this was delicious, fresh and plentiful- we were disappointed we had missed out on chilling in the bar the night before when we realised what a great space it was. We were able to store our luggage upon check out (12pm) until we left for the airport (6pm). A lovely hotel perfect for visitors to the city

Right across from main rail and tram station. Very easy to get around - public transit is free. Breakfast adequate. Room clean, quiet neighbour.

The room was warm when I checked in ,but some windows had been left slanted in to allow air in. I turn of heat. The elevator worked but a little quirky.Room faced the street and was on the 4 th floor across from the train and tram. Got quit at night.found good food at the train station. Didn't see any true souvenir stores. Only found refrigerator magnets and some hats. Didn't see t-shirts or pins(for hat). Only stayed one night so I could see Luxemburg. Clean room .nice bath room would stay again.

The location is very good - it is easy to reach it from the airport and it is opposite the train station. There is kettle in the room. Rooms are clean. I like the door between the small hallway and the bedroom itself. It keeps the room quiet from other guests walking in the main hallway and it also makes the bathroom more private.

Location was great across from train station. Safe and walkable with exception of street located behind hotel that had some unsavory characters. Overall great hotel, clean, comfortable and spacious with friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to transportation and attractions.

Nice hotel right outside station/transport hub. Direct tram to airport. Quick check in, with friendly front desk staff. Room was tidy. We had 5th floor but if window open could here some traffic & planes going overhead. but all this was soon in the past. Good location for getting around on foot or transport.

On a positive note- The location is very good, just across the road from the railway station It’s an easy walk into the city centre The breakfast room is pleasant, the breakfast itself perfectly adequate The young man who greeted us on reception could not have been more friendly or helpful. However, the room itself was tired and scruffy, although it was a decent size. The bathroom was very poor. Tatty, tired and long past its sell by date. The shower was awful, there was plenty of hot water that the shower head deposited on the bathroom floor. It was a budget hotel but some of the rooms are in desperate need of renovation.

I stayed at Hotel Empire in Luxembourg and found it ideal for a short visit. The biggest highlight is definitely the location — it’s right across from the main train station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around the city incredibly easy. The room was clean and functional, nothing fancy but comfortable enough for a night or two. Staff at the front desk were polite and check-in was fast. I also appreciated that there were shops, cafés, and public transport stops all within walking distance. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-located place to stay near the station, this hotel is a solid choice. Great for solo travelers or anyone passing through.

Really comfortable, photos don't do the hotel justice. Very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh juice. Quite room (for me), A/C that works well, Very convenient right across from Gare Centrale. Everything you could need within 100 feet of hotel. While advertised as 3 Star, it's a top class 3 star. Great base for a few nights

My friend and I stayed at Hotel Empire for two nights. It is in a good location, the bus from the airport stops right outside, and it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the old town. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were all friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I like this hotel but all of the hotels in Luxembourg, it’s vastly overpriced. It should cost about $80 a night. This is a renovated 2-star hotel with air- conditioning that actually works which is a bonus. Alas, like a lot of these hotels, they are about 94 sq feet which is so small, it’s uncomfortable at some point. So all in all, not bad for a quick overnight, but too small for more than that.
