This 60 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a renovated older building on Rue Ermesinde, in the residential Limpertsberg district. High ceilings and tall windows fill it with light, and it sleeps two guests.

The open-plan living space has a teal sofa, a bouclé armchair, a Smart TV and a dining table, all under high ceilings.



🍳 Kitchen

The modern wood-and-black kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes, glasses and cutlery.



🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom has a king bed (180 cm), a wardrobe and room-darkening shades. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathroom

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and a backlit mirror, with towels, shampoo and a hair dryer provided.



🧺 Laundry and Longer Stays

A combined washer-dryer and an iron are in the apartment, and central heating keeps it comfortable in winter.

The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk, the tram stop around 9 minutes, and buses stop nearby. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are close by, and public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.



ℹ️ Good to Know

There is a café-bar next to the building, so it can be lively in the evening, and sound from the staircase and neighbours carries. There is no air conditioning; a fan is provided in summer. There is no parking.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. It is on the 1st floor of the building. The key lockbox is a short walk from the entrance, and step-by-step instructions and a check-in video are in your Guest Area after the online check-in.

The apartment is in Limpertsberg, a peaceful residential district of Luxembourg City just north of the Old Town. The Old Town is about a 15-minute walk, parks are nearby, and supermarkets, bakeries, cafés and restaurants are all within a few minutes, including a café right next to the building.



Getting Around:

The tram stop is about a 9-minute walk, with direct trams across the city, and buses stop nearby. Luxembourg's central train station is a short bus or tram ride away, and the airport is around 15 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. There is no parking at the building. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
