This 75 m² one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, just a few steps up, of a residential building on a quiet street in Hollerich, close to Parc Merl. It is decorated with warm yellow and charcoal walls, botanical wallpaper and classic design pieces, and it sleeps two guests.



🛋️ Living Room and Workspace

The large, bright living room has a leather sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV and a work desk with Wi-Fi.



🍽️ Dining Room and Kitchen

A separate dining room seats guests for shared meals, and the full-size green kitchen, with a cosy breakfast nook, has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery.



🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm), room-darkening shades and storage with hangers. Bed linen is provided.



🚿 Bathrooms

The bathroom has a rain shower and a backlit mirror, with towels, shampoo, body soap and a hair dryer provided, and a separate WC adds extra convenience.



🌿 Private Terrace

Step out onto the private terrace, with a small table and a view of the greenery, for a morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors.



🚗 Free Parking and Laundry

A free parking space in the building's garage is included; the entrance is narrow, so it is best suited to smaller cars. A washer and dryer are in the building's shared laundry room in the basement, and an iron is provided.

Bus stops are a short walk away, the city centre can be reached on foot, and Parc Merl and two Italian restaurants are close by. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

Sound carries in the building, so you may hear neighbours at times. There is no air conditioning.

Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, plus a free space in the building's garage and the shared laundry room in the basement. The apartment is on the ground floor, a few steps up from the entrance. The building uses a door code, and step-by-step instructions and videos are in your Guest Area after the online check-in.

The apartment is in Hollerich, a quiet, leafy residential district of Luxembourg City close to Parc Merl. The city centre can be reached on foot, bus stops are a short walk away, and a couple of restaurants are just around the corner.



Getting Around:

Bus stops are a short walk away, with connections to the city centre and Luxembourg's central train station. Luxembourg Airport is around 15 to 20 minutes away by car or taxi, depending on traffic. A free parking space in the building's garage is included. Public transport is free throughout Luxembourg.

To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. You can use the lockbox to collect your keys.
