The beds are very uncomfortable. We booked a family room and the sofa bed that was set up like a bed was so hard, it was like lying on a hard board with barely any mattress. The main bed, although softer, wasn’t much better. The hotel staff were friendly though.

Good location for Luton airport, hotel clean, breakfast was good. Very busy hotel and noisy but in the rooms was quiet. Fire alarm went of in the middle of the night, no mention of this in the morning on check out.

Great stay

Gorgeous spacious room and en-suite. Very modern and clean throughout. Staff were great. Approx 15/20 mins walk from airport terminal which is easy enough (as long as it’s not raining). Reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely!

The hotel was lovely and clean...very friendly and helpful staff .....only downside is they charge way too much for parking compared to other hotels in the area They need to review their car park pricing
