On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, inviting living area where you can share meals and relax by the fireplace or around the pool table, a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, a bedroom (2 single beds, 90x200, that can be pushed together to form a double bed), a family bathroom (shower + tub + double sink), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms (each with 2 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed), a dorm-style bedroom (4 90x200 beds), a game room with a teleworking area, and a shower room (shower, double sink, toilet). In the basement, you’ll find a laundry room with a toilet and a two-car garage. Outside, you’ll enjoy a spacious terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, a barbecue, and lounge chairs, as well as a large lawn (unfenced) and parking. Beds made, towels and linens provided; cleaning, heating, and firewood are included in the price. Parties are not permitted.
