Large Country House for 4 People by the River

Our “Maison de la Conté” is an architect-designed country house built in the 1960s on the foundations of a former 19th-century building.<br>This large two-story house offers approximately 100 m² of living space:<br>A double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom on the first floor,<br>a living/dining room of approximately 40 m² with a fireplace and TV, and a spacious kitchen/living area on the first floor.<br>The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a toilet, and a sink.<br>In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen utensils, dishes, etc.<br>The house is heated with oil in the winter.<br><br>On the garden side of the house, there is a terrace—spanning the entire width of the house—a few steps down is a lawn with flower beds (“Hühnerhof”), and a little further down is a large garden that leads to the park of one of the two castles in the neighboring village.
