入住發現電視打不開，打電話立馬請人來看很棒！但晚上洗澡時一開水就發現蓮蓬頭往上噴射，直接分屍有點傻眼，因為太晚了所以就沒打電話告知此狀況，只能使用spa的蓮蓬頭洗澡

空間大且隔音良好但舒適度有待加強

空間很大，還有小客廳，裝潢風格也很可愛。一層一戶，隔音完善。但是冷氣吹了一個晚上後，鼻腔有些不舒服。床雖然柔軟，但是彈簧偏老舊，睡得不是很舒適。廁所的設備也偏老舊，乾濕分離的透明玻璃沒有在刷。

以CP值來說是非常符合的，房間空間真的非常的寬敞，但是很可惜的是在廁所設備維護上面，相對沒那麼的好，離夜市非常的近，步行即可到達，停車相對麻煩，需要去附近找停車場停。

沒有配合停車場,停車過夜至少100起跳,還需要走10分鐘路程,沒有很便利 整體來說就是日租套房型飯店,不會有任何服務,但這個價位應該有其他更好的選擇

地點方便，人員很扯

因為超過入住時間入住，鑰匙放在信箱內自取，這點是覺得無所謂，但讓人傻眼的地方是，描述房間地點有點不明確，且聯絡電話沒人接也沒人回，找了一下子才找到住宿地點。 地點就在羅東夜市旁邊，對於想逛夜市的人來說非常方便，且旁邊有付費停車場，停車算是方便的。 整體來說房間本身不錯，服務人員問題很大，完全沒回電蠻誇張的，萬一找不到房間或是房間有問題，只能自求多福。

典型的複合式店家，為了節省人力開銷，咖啡店店員就是check in人員，什麼狀況都搞不懂！辦個入住搞了快20分鐘！還一直說費用尚未付清，最後才說是其他訂房人員搞錯？！（整個店家就你一個人啊傻眼）房間一層樓一間滿隱私的，陽台也很大浴室小小的很乾淨。電梯慢到以為整個世界都停止轉動...

Very nice location. Pity it was raining during our 3days stay,can’t use the big terrace.Room is very clean but lack of place to hang clothes. Réception is staff in cafe, really cold an not welcome at all.
