A déconseiller aux seniors, surtout si ils sont plus de deux.La deuxième chambre ,accessible par une échelle de meunier très inclinée, sans garde fou n'avait pas été signalée. Pas de photos ni recommandations. Nous n'aurions pas loué la petite villa si nous avions été prévenus.Dommage car la situation est exceptionnelle.

La région est superbe, l'appartement bien placé, à 200m de la mer (même si côte rocheuse), et à 1km d'une plage de sable fin. La terrasse présente une vue magnifique sur la baie . Mais…Si la chambre du fond est correcte, la seconde « chambre » est en fait un espace couchage ouvert situé sur une mezzanine où on accède par une échelle de meunier quasi verticale. La hauteur sous plafond d’environ 1,50m ne permet pas de se tenir debout. Nous n’avons pas monté nos valises à cause de l’accès dangereux : il n'y a pas de rampe et l'échelle n'est fixée que par une vis en haut.La salle de vie ne comporte ni table ni chaise. Il n’y a ni placard de rangement, ni porte manteau. Nos valises sont restées ouvertes, posées par terre.L’accès de l’appartement se fait par la baie vitrée. Pour ouvrir il y a une clé dont on se sert pour faire coulisser la baie : La poignée est cassée mais on nous a dit que la clé était solide...Le toit de la terrasse n'est pas étanche. Il a plu et tables et chaises ont été trempées.Nous espérons que le propriétaire fera le nécessaire pour améliorer son bien.

Jolie villa avec belle vue sur la mer et la baie de Sant Ambruggio. Claire et épurée, grande terrasse ombragée, au calme, située entre l'Ile Rousse et Calvi.à 100 m de la mer en descendant tout droit par quelques escaliers (accès mer sur rochers), l'accès plage de sable est à environ 10 mn à pied.1 climatisation pour tout le logement, une machine à laver et lave vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso.
