Apartment of 38m2 below our house with independent entrance in a quiet area. Large fully equipped kitchen, adjoining the kitchen a bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds, bathroom with shower sink and toilet (hot☺️ water)
Passenger access
You have access to a terrace with bioclimatic awning when it is hot very pleasant. Access to the swimming pool (not heated) from June to September. Free and secure enclosed parking.
Other remarks
2 steps from the paragliding landing strip, restaurants, city stadium. You are on the front line of paragliding jumps. About thirty minutes from Prapoutel and 10 minutes from Crolles

Christophe et sa femme sont pleins d attentions ( cafe,orange,the infusions) pour que votre sejour soit parfait .Rien de manque a ce logement proche de tout ,commerces ,station de ski...ville .Le logement est calme et en plus securise .top A bientôt
