When I arrived the clerk told me I didn’t have a reservation even thou I booked on your site almost 2 months ago and was already charged for my room. Argued with me almost didn’t give us a room saying they were all booked up and it was my fault and it theirs.

Carpet inside the rooms are super dirty and smelly, the overall Condition of the hotel is in dire need of a remodel! Pretty cheap for one night, you decide if you dont mind the ghetto!

This is a very clean and comfortable place at a great price point. The best thing is the really sweet couple running the place. It's an old property but for the price it is safe, clean and what you need for a couple good nights of sleep. I came here for a marathon in Shiner so it was a good location. It's near HEB and a few interesting towns like Luling and Gonzalez on the fringe of hill country.

This motel was convenient to an event we attended near by. When we got there no one was at the front desk. We were able to check in early for an extra $10 which was nice. The facility is in desperate need to repair. There is a stair case outside to go to the second floor rooms which looks like it is about to collapse. The room was in terrible shape, it had a strong smell of fabulouso. The sheets seemed clean but had small stains on them. It was too far of a distance to cancel and drive home as we were drinking at the event we attended. I definitely think they need to invest in building upkeep for their guests to feel safe and comfortable.
