This is an older building; however, everything was very clean and tidy. Some I noticed were my entry door sticking and the bathroom was dated (but clean)! The service desk was great, although she was having issues with computer. Overall, for a clean and reasonable rate, this was a perfect place!

At first sight it was questionable. They nicest building was the office building. Everything else was obviously in need of a freshen up. Two main things to address as soon as possible are : 1. Complete the weatherstripping of the front door. 2. Hit up Walmart and replace the shower / tub plumbing fixtures. Or soak the shower head in some Lime-away. Other than that, knowing the clientele which are mostly visiting the Shiner Brewery are wanting better. All in all the employee's were super nice at check-in and check-out. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows felt great. Everything worked fine.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The parking leaves a lot to be desired; many oversized trucks take up 2 spots and should be required to park further away from the rooms if doing so. Additionally, the trucks pulling trailers, take up needed parking. Perhaps the hotel should charge these large vehicles for the extra spaces they take.

It said that breakfast was included but that is not that case. I really just wanted coffee and a granola bar or yogurt but nothing even though the hotel was full. There was rust on the shower rods and the floor in my room was filthy. The door to the room did not shut properly. The tissue box was empty and never replaces and my room ran out of toilet paper although maid service came through. The staff was friendly and polite. The bed was comfortable, but the rooms need a a refurb.
