It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Not what we expected from a 5-star Hotel

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesn’t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

Nonchalant personal vid minigolfen, satt och glodde i telefonen. Golfklubborna trasiga & sneda. Golfbanorna behöver underhållas. Katastrofalt dåligt att hälften av alla trampcyklar var trasiga/ur funktion. Ett plus var trevlig personal i receptionen och i minilivset.

Vi besökte äventyrsbadet några dagar och uppmärksammade att badvakterna knappt sågs till och när vi såg dem så gick de i klunga av 3 personer men ingen koll på omgivningen. Stora grupper tonåringar klättrade i vattenrutschkanorna och det var tur att det inte skedde kollisioner med andra badgäster, barn som hoppade från platser där man uppenbarligen inte ska hoppa. Vi sa till vid flera tillfällen till tonåringar och barn men vi vill inte känna oss som några poliser utan vill ha kul med våra barn. Hoppas verkligen att detta styrs upp så inga olyckor sker.

Trevlig personal. Hamnade ej i de nyare rummen. Saknade minikyl och vattnet pendlade mellan kokhett och iskallt. Dock var rummet mest till för att sova i. Finns många aktiviteter för barnfamiljer, även om de skulle vara dags för att fräscha upp en del. Fint område i övrigt.

Vi hadde et nyrenovert familierom som vi var godt fornøyd med,fresht og rent rom.Gode senger også! Vi hadde en fin uke på Pite havsbad både i fasiliteter innendørs og utendørs. Frokosten på hotellet var også god og det var mye godt å velge i. Hyggelig og behjelpelig personale!

Luktet kloakk inne på rommet. Måtte lufte godt da vi ankom. Dagen etterpå var de inne og hadde noe veske i slukene, kloakklukten ble borte men vesken de brukte luktet ukomfortabelt. Skliene i badeland er slitte. Frokosen var bra, personalet også.

Hotelli on todella vanha ja se näkyy. Vastaanotossa ei kerrottu mitään hotellista tai sen palveluista. Kylpylän puolella ei ole lukkoja kaapeissa ja suihkutiloista näkyy suoraan altaille. Hotellihuoneen kylpyamme tyhjentyi vessan lattialle tulvien. Hotellissa oli epäsiistiä, liekö ikkunoita ikinä pesty. Vessanpöntön kansi oli irti. Hiustenkuivaaja, amme, suihku useita kymmeniä vuosia vanhoja. Ulkotilat myös vanhoja ja osittain rikki kuten ulkokuntosali ja leikkipaikka. Paikka on varmaan ollut hieno kymmeniä vuosia sitten, mutta nyt ei enää kannata paljoa tästä kokemuksesta maksaa. Vesipuistossa myös ikä näkyy, mutta toki liukumäet ovat kivoja.
