The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The spoke English which was helpful since we don't speak Italian. They had drinks available in the lobby for purchase and maps showed us where our location was on the map. Very helpful.Hotel is cute and charming basic, clean, there was a little wear visible around the bathroom trim but minimal. Hotel is in an excellent location near a store that sells groceries, clothing and other items. Near many restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk from the lake. Highly recommend.

Is a old hotel but with the necessary stuff to stay to sleep, I like the area because it was close to the lake, famous stores like Gucci,Prada,etc …also is in the middle of the town where you can find a lot of cafes to eat or others restaurants. It was nice to be there.

The reception staff was very friendly and waited for our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. It was a short 1-2 min walk to the main road where you can see their lake. Easy check-out where you can drop your keys. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location good value for the money

Hotel is in a great location one block from the lake a close walk to the Lugano funicular to access the train station. The hotel is not fancy but the service was good and the location provided good value for the money. The front desk person Souvino (sp?) was very helpful upon checkout sort a billing question we had.
