This modern three-room apartment is located in an exclusive residence in the panoramic area of Gandria, a picturesque Ticino village by the lake.
The apartment features a spacious open-plan living area with a kitchen designed to create a welcoming and convivial atmosphere. Large windows offer a breathtaking view of the lake and open directly onto the furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying the panorama in complete tranquility.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a large double bed and one with a double sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, as we consider it only fair that you use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower—make this accommodation perfect for families and groups of friends.
Every corner of the apartment has been thoughtfully designed and enhanced with high-quality finishes and designer furnishings, offering an elegant style in a unique location.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

The village is easily reachable by boat from Lugano, by car and by bus via the scenic road, Strada di Gandria.
Among the most celebrated points of interest is the famous Sentiero di Gandria, an extraordinarily beautiful path that follows the lake among green Mediterranean vegetation, olive trees, typical lakeside houses, and the lake within walking distance.
Also easily reached by boat are Cantine di Gandria and Caprino, on the other side of the lake, where you can walk a path through the greenery and enjoy Ticino food in typical Grotti.
