Delightful two-bedroom Apartment in a Picturesque Area (ROSE)

Along the ancient alleys of the picturesque town of Ruvigliana, a few minutes drive away from the center of Lugano, ROSE APARTMENT is ideal for families and friends who want to visit the city while staying away from its hustle and bustle. Park your car in the nearby municipal car parking area and walk along Vicolo Ombroso: you will reach the lively yellow building of ROSE APARTMENT while discovering the wonderful landscape of Lake Lugano, also visible from the small courtyard of the house. The furnishings give this two-bedroom apartment with a vintage flavor a traditional atmosphere; the open kitchen facing the living room is fully equipped for both short and long stays. The apartment also features one bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms, facing the country lanes.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the paid public car parks close to the building.

What's nearby:
The Ciani park and Lido di Lugano, with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the beach along the lakeshore and the tennis courts, are just 10 minutes’ drive away, while it takes just 15 minutes to drive to the city centre of Lugano. The picturesque town of Gandria is only 7 minutes’ drive away.

How to arrive:
If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take "Lugano Nord" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. Rose Apartment doesn’t have a private car park, but guests can park in the public parking close to the building. You can park in two public parking: one on the first curve of the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with time disc and the other after the second curve with paid public parking spaces. 
If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus n. 461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 7 stops (about 12 minutes) and get off at "Viganello, San Siro" stop. Here, take the bus N.10 (direction Castagnola Capolinea) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at "Ruvigiana, ex Clinica" stop. Walk for about 4 minutes to reach the building.
