The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a very short walk to the town center the the lake front. The funicular was outside the front door to travel between the train station and the hotel was effortless. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

This hotel has eveything you might need with well maintained rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We received a welcome gift of Swiss chocolate, breakfast was well organized and foods were kept supplied. Coffees offered were plentiful and good. This hotel is right down the funicular from the Lugano train station.....no lugging your baggage, just wonderful!! If I were to be in Lugano again, this is the hotel where I would stay again!

Excellent location! When you arrive at the train station, take the funicular down and as soon as you get off turn right- the hotel is in that back corner beside cafe Milano. Rooms were recently renovated, great breakfast, and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.
