The "Haus Mövenort" is exclusively furnished and with its living space of more than 100 square metres

generously designed.

We can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, if they sleep in a cot. It

has all the amenities that make up a comfortable holiday home. The "House

Mövenort" has:

- a spacious living room with upholstered furniture, dining table and fireplace as well as a large flat-screen TV.

- a kitchen with all appliances that belong to a very good equipment

- a terrace with barbecue, loungers, seating furniture and parasol

- a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, for a small fee

- a large hallway as entrance area

- a bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed and the option of

possibility of adding a cot*

- a spacious bathroom with free-standing bathtub, shower, washbasin with heated mirror, bidet and WC

Ruhig gelegenes Haus

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Deko ist liebevoll gestaltet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Ein großer Fernseher ist vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich gibt eine bequeme Leder-Garnitur. Im ganzen Haus gibt es W-Lan. Cons: Der Garten wirkt etwas verwildert, hier müsste mal die große Schere angesetzt werden. Auch der Rasen war nicht gemäht. Die Gebühr für Hunde ist in diesem Haus extrem hoch.

Pros: Frau Hilgenfeldt hat uns freundlich empfangen, uns das Haus gezeigt und alles Notwendige erklärt. Über den Begrüßungssekt und die Rosen auf dem Esstisch haben wir uns gefreut. Wir waren vom 20.09. bis 4.10. zu Zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden hier, mit denen wir gleich vom Haus aus losgehen konnten oder nach kurzer Fahrt verschiedene Rundwege auch am Achterwasser entlang gehen konnten. Oft haben wir Rehe gesehen und mehrmals Seeadler beobachten können. Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir uns immer auf die Rückkehr in das geschmackvoll eingerichtete und bestens ausgestattete Ferienhaus gefreut. Wir konnten sogar noch auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Spätsommersonne genießen. An den kühlen Abenden haben wir den Kachelofen angemacht, der für eine wohlige Wärme sorgt. Wir haben nur die untere Etage genutzt, die ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen bietet. Das sehr gepflegte Grundstück ist nach hinten offen, weshalb wir unsere Hunde an Bodenspiralen angebunden haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Töpfe und Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas vermisst haben wir nur eine Spülmaschine. Dafür gibt es aber einen Tiefkühlschrank. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in Zinnowitz. Wir haben uns im Haus Moevenort sehr wohl gefühlt, viele herrliche Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden gemacht und hier einen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Die Badeorte haben wir gemieden, dort war es uns noch zu voll. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Vielleicht auch mal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit.

Pros: Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Juli 2019 im Ferienhaus Mövenort und haben die tolle Ausstattung genossen. Das Haus ist gross genug für 4 Personen. Das Bad mit Wanne und Dusche ist super und recht neu. Alles sehr gepflegt. Auch die Terrasse mit Garten und Grill lädt zum verweilen ein. Lediglich die Stechmücken waren abends echt lästig, aber dafür können die Gastgeber ja nichts. Wir waren auf jeden Fall dankbar für das Schnakenfenster im Schlafzimmer unten. Das ist das einzige, was ich mir für alle Fenster gewünscht hätte. Ansonsten kann ich das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr nett. Vielen Dank. Ein bestens ausgestattetes und sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage! Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren

Pros: Ein bestens ausgestattetes und sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage! Wir waren zu zweit mit unseren beiden Hunden 3 Wochen im September dort. Schöne große und kleine Hundespaziergänge direkt ab dem Haus möglich. Ideal auch zum Radfahren. Toller Abstellplatz für Räder und Auto auf dem eingezäunten Gelände. Achtung Hundebesitzer: hinten ist das Grundstück offen, Hunde könnten also zu den Nachbarn spazieren. Nicht ausbruchsicher, aber toll zum draussen sitzen, grillen, Tischtennis spielen. Toll: im Schlafzimmer unten ein großer Kleiderschrank, in den alles rein passt! Ansonsten auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten und inzwischen mehrere Fenster mit Fliegengittern. (Jetzt noch ein Badfenster und eine Terassentüre 'mit', dann wäre es wie Zuhause und perfekt ;-) ) Freunde haben uns für 2 Nächte besucht, das war problemlos möglich und sie waren oben auch sehr zufrieden. Am Ort ein kleiner Hofladen mit regionalem Obst und Gemüse, eigenem Käse und Freitag tollem Vollkornbrot! Außerdem ein nettes kleines Café mit leckerem Kuchen (nicht täglich geöffnet) und der Neuendorfer Krug, wo man bei netten Leuten drinnen und draussen gut essen kann. Mit anderen Worten: Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub für Mensch und Hund!

Pros: Der Mövenort ist ein herrlich ruhiges Objekt mit guter Ausstattung (nur Geschirrspüler fehlt). Schöner Garten und schöne Terrasse mit qualitativ hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln. Zinnowitz ist schnell erreicht, aber auch sonst ist man recht zentral. Ohne die Baustellen wäre man schnell in den anderen Seebädern, aber unser Lieblingsstrand ist der Hundestrand in Karlshagen und dort ist man in ein paar Minuten. Ein rundum schöner und erholsamer Famielienurlaub!
