We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ratsmuhle. Small but tidy and clean rooms and a Christmas market right outside! Great location with easy walk to the center of town and the train station.

This hotel is very cute and quaint, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, right on the river, making it a great place to relax and explore the area. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The only reason I couldn't give this property 5 stars is the internet service. The Wi-Fi frequently disconnected, and there were times when we couldn't connect at all. If they can improve the reliability of the internet, this would easily be a 5-star property.

Veldig fine rom og utmerket beliggenhet. Vi sjekket inn etter resepsjonen stengte for kvelden og hadde rom i toppetasjen. Uten mulighet for å åpne vinduene mer enn 10cm og uten AC, ble det veldig varmt. Fikk fikk byttet rom til 1. etasje den andre natten, men siden dette rommet lå rett ved vanninntaket til demningen ble det for høy lyd til å ha vinduet åpent. Hadde vi hatt tilgjengelig gulvvifte i skapet på det første rommet ville det ikke vært noe problem. Det er mange gode kaféer i området, så vi savnet ikke frokostservering på hotellet.

​Perfekt udgangspunkt for at opleve byen Hotel Ratsmühle kan varmt anbefales. Fra det øjeblik man ankommer, føler man sig velkommen takket være det meget venlige personale. Hotellet fremstår helt nyt, moderne og smagfuldt indrettet. En stor fordel er den bekvemme parkering lige foran døren. Beliggenheden er genial: Den gamle bydel ligger lige uden for døren, og man kan gå til alt i byen. Vi kommer meget gerne igen!

Das Zimmer war tippitoppi und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Bad war leider auch mit aufgedrehter Heizung ziemlich kühl - das war der einzige Wermutstropfen. :-) Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, die Ausstattung ist schlicht und schön.

Några dagar i Luneburg

Överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Ytterst trevlig och tjänstvillig personal, gott kaffe till gästernas förfogande, fräscht rum med vacker utsikt i en gammal kulturmiljö. Stort parkeringshus intill hotellet och vissa möjligheter framför hotellet.

Mit viel Geschmack renoviertes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter-innen. Im Foyer konnte man sich kostenlos Kaffee und Tee (Sehr gut) holen . Zimmer wurden sehr gut gereinigt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ratsmühle! Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, und die schöne Altstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt für einen Spaziergang und um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, und das Badezimmer mit Dusche war dem Hotelstil entsprechend gestaltet und sauber. Besonders toll fanden wir die verschiedenen Kaffeesorten, die rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung standen – perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit zwischendurch. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel Ratsmühle nur weiterempfehlen!.
