The room was comfortable and clean. Great location! I would stay again if in the area. Breakfast options are limited but that was fine for us. We ate breakfast across the street at Chef Jared's and it was very good!

The staff was great, the whole process was smooth. The hotel was clean, we had no issues with our room. We stayed during the Victorian sleighbell parade weekend, the hotel wasn't super busy, but located 5 mins from downtown. Will be back next year

Not really a breakfast, unless you count the instant oatmeal packets and a choice of frosted flakes or raisin brand cereal. It would be nice if they would bring back a loaf of bread to make toast

Affordable, clean, and felt safe. The attendant at check-in was helpful and filled us in on some restaurants we asked about. He suggested a second-floor room for quiet, and we had no disturbances. When we checked in, and for an hour or so afterward, there was a very strong gas-like odor outside, extending for several blocks along the lake. The attendant explained there was an oil refinery nearby and that occasionally you could smell it. By evening it was gone, and we didn't smell it the next day. We could not smell it from our room, thankfully.
