Location, room, staff & food all were very good. Just we checked in at around 6:00 a.m in the morning and request to extent the stay by 1-2 hours for which they asked for additional charge. Not sure why your website show below message to us when they are not truth. The hotel had availability but did not allowed late checkout without additional charges. Please remove this property from your "VIP Access" property. Room details VIP Access Congratulations! As a Gold member you unlock extra benefits when you book a VIP Access property.
