Wonderful private villa for 12 people with A/C, WIFI, private pool and TV, close to Lucca

Holiday home Casa Rosa is a nice stone building (350 sq m) that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (2 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca.

The Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests.
A yoga room is available; there is an additional fee for its use, payable locally.
There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house.
The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
Upon arrival you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
