Villa Clara is a large typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. Villa Clara is conveniently located very close by the walled city of Lucca (5 km), shops (at Just 3 km) and the motorway exit at 7,6km, therefore guests can travel and explore the Tuscan region and its main towns and attractions.
The owners have fully furnished it in an elegant style and have provided modern amenities, such as internet connection and air conditioning in every bedroom (at extra cost). A beautiful, large swimming pool (18x8m) was installed at a short walk from the house. The villa is in the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside which is one of the most popular residential areas of the town of Lucca. The helpful staff who lives on the estate in a separate apartment, is available to support the guests and also arranging cooking services for their guests, from breakfast to dinner at extra cost. Villa Clara can accommodate groups up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. The rental of the property, together with the one of Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests, to vacation together. For smaller groups it is also possible to rent only a part of the house, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Cleaning service is included 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.

If you are looking for an authentic experience in the heart of Tuscany then look no further. Villa Clara is an amazing property that is spacious and makes you feel like you are transported. Each room has a story and we cannot recommend enough the meals they offer. All fresh and home-made, some of the best food we ate on the trip. The villa is not far from Lucca and is a great central location to get around Tuscany. The owners are kind and will help you with any questions or requests to make your stay comfortable. For our first trip to Italy we couldn’t think of a better place to be.

Wunderschöner Ort um Ferien zu machen. Sehr großzügiges Haus, gute Betten, jedes Zimmer mit Bad und die tolle Küche! Wir waren 18 Personen und die „Küchencrew“ war begeistert von der Ausstattung. Wir haben auch den Kochservice von Anna in Anspruch genommen. Auch den können wir bestens empfehlen. Die Villa Clara verfügt über eine sehr schöne großzügige Poolanlage. Die ganze Anlage, innen wie außen, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wonderful place to spend your holidays. Very spacious house, good beds, every room with a bathroom and a great kitchen! There were 18 of us and the "kitchen crew" was delighted with the facilities. We also used Anna's cooking service. We can also highly recommend that. Villa Clara has a very nice, spacious pool area. The whole complex, inside and out, is very well maintained and clean. We felt very comfortable and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

I have stayed at Villa Clara and Casa Rosa (on the same property) twice now, and I would return again! The property is well maintained, the owners live on-site and are nearby to offer assistance, etc. When we arrived (later than expected) we were greeted with a beautiful display of wine, breads, cheese & meats. The owners are lovely people and they helped make our stay wonderful!
