You get into the day area composed of two rooms: the full-equipped kitchen with the dining table and the sitting room with two big armchairs. Both the two day rooms are open onto the garden and the patio. From here a spiral staircase leads you up to the upstairs in the bedroom where a queen sized bed is and from here another spiral staircase leads you up to the bathroom (with shower enclosure). The view from the small window in the bathroom is so suggestive. The sophisticated taste of Giovanna, the owner, makes this villa so lovely and confortable. The house is provided with dish-washer and washing machine, wifi, television. Outside the patio is provided with table, chairs and sun chairs, parasol. Dining at the sunset. . will be unforgettable! The owners live in the same estate in the main villa. On the other side of the property another small house for two can be rented. Both the houses have their own private space, patio and patio. They are completely separated. They both have their full privacy. The owners share with their guests their garden, their vegetable garden with fresh vegetables and fruits, their offside pool (very large 7.50 X 3.80 m) .You can walk all around the property to discover it and enjoy the pool, the shadow under the gazebo and an amazing countryside setting. Everything is at your complete disposal. .
