We booked this house for 4 nights for 6 adults and 4 kids. It was spacious with 6 good sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom (which was great). 5 bedrooms are on the top floor along with the kitchen and 1 bedroom is on the ground level along with the living room. We ended up mainly congregating in the kitchen. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars and the outdoor area was nice to use as well. We needed two bassinets for our small children and those were provided. Everything was clean and tidy - linens, towels, bathroom, etc. We could walk into the walls of Lucca in about 15 minutes. There is a pizza place right next door which was super convenient. Vittoria was a great host - very kind, thoughtful and responsive and stocked the fridge for us before we arrived. FYI The house is usually used as a B&B so it is set up in that style (e.g. the kitchen is like a cafe).
