This property is in perfect walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the historic area of Lucca. The room was beautiful and the shutters opened to the street below. Large bathroom with all the amenities. The place was very clean; bed and pillows were comfy. Communication leading up to the day of our arrival was excellent. However, we struggled to get a response on the day of arriving to confirm our arrival time. We ended up going to the property at the time we requested and there was someone there to greet us. She was lovely and professional and very helpful, it just would have been nice to get a confirmation of our check-in time on that day. Check-in was via codes which was nice not to have to carry a key around. Overall a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again even with the uncertainty of check-in time.

The property is located down a quiet street yet a minutes walk from shopping and dining. The walled city of Lucca is a beautiful gem! At night there was music and performances around every corner. I wish we had had another day or two to spend here. We were in the Green Room which was lovely, clean and well put together.

At great place to stay in Lucca

This is a delightful spot. Simple but lovely accommodation in the heart of Lucca. It's not a full service hotel and it doesn't pretend to be but Rebekkah delivers the service it offers to a very high standard. I love my Blue Room

I been to over 30 countries and stayed in countless hotels. This was far and away one of my wife and my favorites! We agreed if we could design a house around the "Green Room" we would be ecstatic! Such an amazing attention to detail and character. Beyond that, the location is perfect for a visit to Lucca with easy access to the major restaurants and city wall walking paths. Only regret is that we didn't have more time there!

We loved our stay in Lucca, the property location was convenient and walkable to all of the sights. The suite itself was spacious, cute and quirky and decorated beautifully. Rebecca was lovely, she was very accommodating answering questions and provided us with information about the building and the town. She made us feel welcome. The room was spacious for the 4 of us, and very clean, with beds were made and towels replaced daily as well as offering complimentary espresso! Would highly recommend!

The owner was gracious and kind, the room was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The bed was the most comfortable we slept on during 2 weeks of travel across Europe. The coffee was incredible and one of the best we had during our travels. The only issue we had was that the heat didn’t work so it was very cold in the morning when we got out of bed. We let the owner know and she was responsive and apologetic and had someone out to repair it that day. We truly loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful, wonderful hotel. We stayed in the green room with our two kids. The entire hotel smells amazing and is extremely clean. The beds were by far the most comfortable we had on our weeklong trip to Italy and the decor and setup is perfect. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

We love this place! It’s our second time being here. Rebekah and Daniela were great and they speak English very well. The location can’t be beat…it’s just off the main walking Via but is private enough that you feel secluded. The beds are super comfy…and we’ve been in two different rooms now. Enjoy!
