Check in was a little confusing but just a miscommunication. Beautiful room. Two large windows, comfy bed, far enough away from main street to be more quiet but close enough to feel part of the action.

Lovely room in a beautiful location, shame about the fact that you see no one at any time over your stay. It’s just a room and everything is done online. We had trouble finding the WiFi code initially and would have loved to have a person to answer a couple of questions. Managed fine in the end but still, considering the price it was a little too hands off for our needs maybe. Lucca itself was wonderful. Defo rent bikes and do the cycle around the city walls.

Great place to stay inside the walls! The staff is helpful and there are shops and restaurants within a few steps. Convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. The only issue is that the WiFi didn’t reach our room and we didn’t have cell reception either. The owner said he’s only been managing the property for a month and he’s going to run a wire and an extender to the room.

At great place to stay in Lucca

This is a delightful spot. Simple but lovely accommodation in the heart of Lucca. It's not a full service hotel and it doesn't pretend to be but Rebekkah delivers the service it offers to a very high standard. I love my Blue Room
