A great property and management team but noisy front door
I stayed 50 nights at Casa Edgar throw April through June. I fully enjoyed my stay.
It's a wonderful property: clean, well-furnished, a modern re-modeled building; cable TV and internet; good location inside the wall in Lucca. It's just missing bathrobes and slippers for the guests!
The property management team is good and always accessible via the What's App app. We had a couple of very small communication issues - like where the garbage drop off was located - but both were easily resolved. They are a good team.
The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the apartment but instead the building itself. There are about 6 - 8 units in the building and they all use the front door for access. This door is typical of buildings in Lucca as it is large, heavy, and made of wood. Well, it is loud when closed - very loud. So, get used to hearing the door closed.
Overall, it is a quiet building (outside the door) and the neighborhood is quiet. Though, there is a school next door so at times you will hear the students come and go.
I would rent this property again.

Home with storage
Casa Edgar delivered in every way possible. A/C was perfect. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were clean and comfortable. Showers were actually big. Even Wi-Fi was fast and easy to use.
But! The location on a quiet street was perfect for our week long stay yet still so close to everything.
Bike rental just around the corner became part of our morning routine.
Yes. We will stay here again!
