Alla Piazzetta has a garden in common use of both apartments which has a swimming pool, shower, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
Ideal spot for families who travel together and could rent the whole property enjoying privacy and a private swimming pool in this case.

There are many little lakes and rivers to be discovered by anglers-nature freaks may have a stroll, go by bike or make a trekking tour. The art towns of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena are within an easy reach as also the sea with its lovely sandy beaches!
The apartment Raffaello is attached on one side to a house which is not inhabited and on the other side to the holiday apartment Graziella.

Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-dining, fire-place, SAT-TV, little couch, kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee brewer, toaster, stairs to the 1st floor: wardrobe with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with TV, air-conditioning, wardrobe, 1 twin bedroom with sliding door, TV, safe.
The furnishings are tasteful, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, terracotta on the ground floor. All windows have mosquito nets. Internet WiFi max 3 GB/week Included.Parking within the property.
