You can enjoy this newly renovated apartment for 4 people, located right in the center of Luc-sur-Mer, just a stone’s throw from the beach, and even offering a side view of the sea from the balcony.

This apartment is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

You’ll enter the apartment through the living area, which features:
- a seating area with a sofa (non-convertible)
- a television
- a dining area with a dining table

You can enjoy a small balcony off the living room that offers a view of the sea.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and includes:

- refrigerator/freezer
- induction cooktop

The apartment has a second floor accessible by stairs. You’ll find:
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed accessible from the first bedroom

Included: linens (towels, sheets, dish towels, bath mats), high chair and potty for babies, welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag.

The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
You will receive a set of keys.
