This hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the old city. However, it is a nice walk and very lively. The hotel is on a secondary street, a block away from the main street, and on the first night it was dark and we were uneasy, But Poland in general is very safe we saw lots of people walking around. The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast food was generous. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was an a nice size and the shower had a good power. There was a filtered water machine, on every floor, which is a great plus. However, the carpets were a little bit worn and stained.

A weekend in Lublin

Very well located close to the main square and old city. Also close to all amenities and services. Easy to find a parking and very quiet. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Good place to put your head down. No-frills type of place and decent location to walk to the center. The Staff could use training to make the experience here much better. Seemed like they could not be bothered. When requesting to have a staff member draw a map of where the hotel parking was located I got an snarky remark after being given poor directions the first time - would recommend the hotel add a map to the paper that has to be placed on the dash.

Friendly service and buffet selection was very decent and tasty. Great location, close to the city centre and 24h reception. The downfall was a cleanliness of the bathroom, I had some stains of some sort on the sink. Also it takes ages for the hot water to run. Apart from these, it would be a perfect stay but I'd recommend it.

Unfortunately, there was no fridge or water in the room, and you have to carry your bottle or glass to get water from the water dispenser outside in the corridor. Guess what? It wasn't working, so in the middle of the night, you need to go to the reception to use the water dispenser. During my stay, the temperature was 30C; nevertheless, the staff were very helpful and brought me a water bottle. In general, the hotel is outdated.

The hotel was nice up to date in a convenient location the only down side is the air conditioning was not working well and then when we finally got it to the lowest temperature it was still hot in the room. The restaurant was amazing the food was beyond my expectations. The staff was very nice attentive and welcoming.
