Close to downtown with friendly staff

The location is great for exploring the historical downtown of Lübeck. Our room was clean, but we had to walk through an internal hallway that reminded us of saunas. The bathroom needed more attention- toilet and mold around the fan. The supposedly available parking was a small area that cost an additional 16€/day, if you could find an open space. If you had to leave there was no guarantee that you would have a spot on your return. On a positive note, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Everything was great but there was a confusion about free parking. The listing had a free parking but the staff wasn’t aware. Make sure to take a screenshot. We chose the place because of the parking but ended up living everything including the location.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu gebaut 2-3 Jahre alt allerdings lässt die Pflege zu wünschen übrig. Das beginnt schon am Eingang, an welchem Unkraut aus den Stufen wuchert und das nicht erst seit ein paar Tagen. Besondere Kritik gilt der Zimmerreinigung, d.h. nicht der Reinigung eigentlichen, sondern dass man schon beim einchecken mitgeteilt bekommt, dass keine Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt wird es sei denn, man wünscht sich diese explizit. Bei einem Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten finde ich sowas anmaßend. Hier geht es nur um das sparen, auch wenn das Hotel laut Info eine Spende an gemeinnützige Verbände dafür gibt. auch beim Frühstück kommt es ganz darauf an welches Personal vor Ort ist. An drei Tagen wurde nicht richtig abgeräumt und auch die Tische wurden nicht gereinigt. Alles war voll Krümel Marmelade und Nutella. Und das, obwohl das Hotel nicht sehr gut belegt war.

Das direkt vor dem Eingang Buch und der Unkraut sollte mal entfernt werden. Des Weiteren bekommt man sofort beim einchecken gesagt, dass die Zimmer eigentlich nicht mehr gesäubert werden es sei denn, man wünscht es explizit. Wir wünschen das explizit trotzdem Wurde an zwei Tagen das Zimmer nicht gereinigt.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab kostenpflichtige Parkplätze am Hotel. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

El hotel está limpio, es conveniente debido a que queda cerca del HB y del centro de Lübeck. La habitación es amplia con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y conocer a Lübeck. El desayuno es variado, hay frutas, huevos, tocineta, yogurt, croissant y diferentes opciones de panes entre otros.

Die Lage ist sehr gut - zum Bahnhof ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß und in die Stadt ebenfalls. Zimmer sind geräumig aber zur Straßenseite hin bei offenen Fenstern sehr laut- bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber ruhig . Im Bad waren noch Haare die nicht weggeputzt wurden. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett - das Personal im Frühstücksbereich eine Katastrophe. Es wurden erst nach Reklamation die Sachen( Obstsalat , Croissant, Käse ) im Schneckentempo aufgefüllt ( da lieber ein privater Plausch in der Küche geführt wurde) und das dreckige Geschirr nicht zügig abgeräumt. Bei einem Preis von 17,50€ für das Frühstück eine Unverschämtheit.

Synnerligen komfortabelt hotell, centralt beläget nära Lindenplatz och lätt att hitta till med bil, även nära Hbf. om man föredrar tåg. Gott om gratis P-platser utanför om man inte vill betala för P-huset under hotellet. Mycket bra sängar och, för ovanlighetens skull i Tyskland, extra kuddar på rummet, vilket man annars behöver be om i receptionen. Rekommenderas varmt!
