Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Lubbock house. The space features a king bed, a full bed, and a twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer both a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. Guests stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. The charming interior invites you to unwind, while the cool layout keeps things feeling fresh and open. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Lubbock and our gorgeous house has to offer.

The home has a hot tub and patio area under a beautiful pergola. A warm fire pit area and even a sandbox for the kids to enjoy.

House Rules:
No Smoking / Vaping
• Smoking, vaping, or burning any substances is not allowed inside the home.
• Any smoke-related damage, odors, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

No Parties or Events
• No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests.
• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.

Guest Count
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Please let us know if your guest count changes.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Please be mindful of neighbors and outdoor noise.

Pet Policy
• No pets are allowed due to severe pet allergies affecting our family and guests.
• We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain an allergy-friendly space.

Home Care
• Please treat the home and furnishings with care.
• Report any damage or issues as soon as possible so we can address them.

Kitchen
• Please do not leave food out that may attract pests.
• Wash dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.

Outdoor Areas
• Please keep gates closed and supervise children outdoors.
• No climbing on fences, furniture, or structures.
• Please clean up outdoor toys and belongings before leaving.

Hot Tub
• Follow all hot tub safety rules.
• No glass, food, pets, or unsafe behavior in the hot tub area.

Checkout
• Please lock doors and windows when leaving.
• Return items to their original location.
• Take personal belongings with you.

Fees
• Lost remotes will incur a $50 fee
• Hot tub misuse fee $150 for spills in the hot tub.
• Pet violation $200
• Smoking violation $250
• Damaged/Lost items cost of replacement

No Pets Policy:

Out of consideration for the health and safety of our family and future guests, pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Members of our household and many of our guests have severe pet allergies, and even well-behaved or hypoallergenic animals can leave allergens behind.

Hot Tub Rules:

For your safety and to help us keep the hot tub clean and enjoyable for every guest, please follow these rules:

• No glass containers in or around the hot tub. Please use plastic cups only.
• No food, drinks, oils, lotions, glitter, bubble bath, or soaps in the hot tub. These can damage the system and affect water quality.
• Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.
• No running, rough play, or diving — the hot tub area can become slippery.
• Please replace the cover after use to keep the temperature and cleanliness maintained.
• Please report any issues immediately so we can address them quickly.
