My husband spilled water when he fell in the middle of the night and when I mopped the water up with one of the bathroom towels, it came up with an amazing amount of dirt on it The room was dusty. There was a cracked lampshade. There was colouring and scribbling on one of the bulkheads. The microwave was dirty with encrusted food. Woodwork was damaged in several places. Pillows, mattress and sheets were fine and comfortable. The front desk staff were personable and we had very little other contact with staff. My husband fell in the middle of the night not due to any negligence on the part of the property and we were in a hurry to leave and get on the road so I did not voice my concerns with the front desk upon leaving. I work in hospitality myself and it grieves me to leave these critcal comments as I know that hospitality workers in general are often overworked and underpaid. But I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately.

The shower was draining really slow and there was hair in the tub from a previous occupant. I asked them to take a look at it and they took care of it without any problems. Friendly staff, prompt response, much appreciated!

Room was nice but not as big as other suites we often get. Clean common areas and rooms, good breakfast, but key cards kept malfunctioning and had to keep walking all the way to front entrance with small children in cold weather. Asked front desk about parking lot cameras as I had valuables in pickup bed and they could not say whether they work or not and they can’t view them apparently. This caused me to keep going outside and checking. Also, had strange person roaming hallways and when brought to front desk staff there was no concern or interest taken.

Front desk ladies were great they had goos greeting when we walked to check in. Hotel was decent Hotel, maybe needed to update the room just a little on floors and the ac unit, the bed was comfy 😀, and wasnt a loud environment, and the price was a decent price to book. And hotel in a good spot to drive to certain stores in area, we would book agian it was a decent hotel

I get checked in and in to the room. Immediately it feels like I'm being watched inside the room.i turned the TV on but intuition doesn't go away. I'm on the second floor and weird noises are coming from just outside the window. I think there are spirits there and maybe a few hidden cameras and listening devices. I did not stick around. Left immediately. That was the second time I've stayed at that hotel and both time were bad experiences. I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely won't be a third time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
